Getting TF536 up and running on an Atari Mega ST

So some have been lucky with getting the TF536 up and running with their Atari. I've had a lot of luck getting it running with the H4, it does work very well with that.
But whilst using the same firmware as used in the H4 the Mega ST refuses to boot either EmuTOS or Tos2.06.
When trying to boot with Tos2.06 the Glue asserts 50hz, so its starting to work but then stays at a solid white 50hz screen and goes no further. Doing the same but with EmuTOS 0.9.12 and the Glue doesn't even assert 50hz, so I get stuck at a 60hz screen which is the default of my monitor and it goes no further.
It has been suggested elsewhere that to get a Mega ST up and running with a TF536 is just a case of changing the bus pull-ups to 2.2k, which I have done last night. The other is to swap the LS373 to an F373 which I don't have and are hard to find.
Whilst messing about I went to reload the firmware into the TF536 and accidentally loaded up the Amiga firmware, this caused both too versions to try and boot but both came up with errors, bombs on 2.06 and panic errors on EmuTOS.
Thinking it was just a flashing error I a few different types of firmware onto the fpga but the only one that makes it boot but with errors, was the latest Amiga firmware.
The MegaST works great with a TF534 by the way, just not the TF536. So is there anything I can be trying to get this up and running?
p.s. Is the 128MB firmware working yet as well?
