Mysterious EPROM Programmer

Good morning fellow Atarians,

I stumbled upon this mysterious little (E)EPROM Programmer in my collection. It doesn't have any markings on the box or PCB, no date, no manufacturer, no model number. Does it strike someone as familiar?
I'm wondering about which software I could use to program ROMs with it. Any ideas? Also I'm not really sure as to which voltage I should connect it to... 5, 9, 12 Volts?
Greetings

May be a Junior Prommer -> http://www.stcarchiv.de/stc1988/02/junior-prommer

You can use Pinatubo as Software -> https://www.schwingen.org/files/pinatubo/

PowerSupply is +5V I think.

Hey Frank, thank you! That definitely seems to be the right device! :o
I already settled on trying Pinatubo, but was very anxious about the voltage. Lets see if I can get it operational :)
