Hi
I am planning to build spinoff of TF328 for A1200.
Could someone help me where can I buy RAM IS41C16100C chips or are there any replacement chips that could be used?

You can buy them from Mouser but you need to buy a full tray of 117. :O
I don't know anywhere else which has them ex-stock.

Firmware available on TF328 branch.
The same guy is working on TF330 port to A1200, but he mentioned on Twitter that he has some issues.

Now I only have to figure out how to build it to .jed, and what MUX CPLD to use, as he has xc9536 in BOM, but sources I think target xc9536XL.
