But when I go to test memory with diagram memory seems ok What I have to control resolder?

This will be bad solder joints on the address pins at the RAM. DiagROM doesnt check for address errors.

The RAM has an error. It’s not firmware. That error you see is 100% the answer. An address pin is not soldered down properly and is probably not even making contact with the board.

Why don’t you find out what the issue is instead of changing things randomly in hope?

Use DiagROM to find repetitive data patterns using the memory editor.

I concur, it will be a loose ram pin.
Check them properly.

Another suggestion, as your meter may indicate that there is good continuity with a loose pin that is resting on the pad.

If you have a microscope then view each pin whilst trying to gently jiggle it. You might be surprised how many are loose or bridged that you cant see with just a magnified.

I don't have a microscope,it was bad contact with socket

These boards are a nightmare to debug without a microscope.

found my old stereoscopic microscope with a fine insulin needle checked all connections beetween memory and pcb plus cpld and pcb
all conections is solid soldered no one pin moves when i poke with needle.i think the problemm is my socket i need to replace and use a riser because some lines i think no do good contact a6 a5 d2 d3
