Has that board been recapped or changed in any way? Notice a few minor differences to mine (which is otherwise exact same model of board)
Mine has since had new 2.06 TOS chips and replacement RAM from the good man Exxos :-)

It was not unusual for Atari to change suppliers for parts like capacitors, depending on who was the cheapest at the time. I also can't promise that my board in the first post hasn't been altered, since it was not originally mine.

Thanks, judging by the flux residue on the rear of the board, looks like something was done just above the RAM, perhaps RF modulator repair?

It truly is amazing how many board versions there are!

Today I opened my STE to check some values that are very illegible on the schematics. I took time to do a series of flyby shots for future reference (to spot components)
