Ok, so I literally just designed these and haven't yet done a test print, so use at your own risk. Dimensions taken from a real one, so I've tried to be as accurate as possible, whilst also trying to learn some Fusion 360.

P.S. I will report back as soon as I have a chance to print and test.

Nice work! Maybe you can make a second one with reduced height, since there are two different drive heights. The drives with the long eject button are a few mm higher thus need shorter posts.
I should do the same for the brass spacer replacement I made.

Would be quite easy to do, do you know the height difference at all? If not I have a long button 1040 I can pull one out of to check.
My only concern are the slots, they are very narrow (.5mm) and as I haven't had a chance to print yet, I don't know how they will turn out.
I downloaded the brass spacer replacement you made from Thingiverse, though I haven't tried to print it out yet.

I'm travelling today so I can't check but it was something like 4mm. Better measure the real thing to be sure though.
