@exxos I've been trying to chuck them away but the wife wants to use them. Hasn't used them in like five years so far.
Here's another one I use, have got the magnetic rails in the shed for saws etc

The desk is still a mess but at least it's starting to look a little more tidy thanks to the new tool holder.

I've had a productive morning today.
Not only did I manage to finally fix this Mega ST.
PXL_20260323_132404892.jpg
It had a dodgy dry joint on the A16 pullup, so that took some finding. The ram is being replaced with an exxos mmu type expansion as that has a few errors indicating every so often
Then I went and ticked off the very last computer from the list of those I wanted as a kid. Nope, not giving the game away till it arrives.
There have been others added to that list since but it does feel exciting to now own or have owned, every computer I wanted up to the age of 16.

Nice progress on the Mega there.
Looking forward with interest to what's coming :)
And I feel the same way about having every machine I had as a teen and even later in terms of the ST and Amigas, all the machines I had BITD and then some :)

The dry joint. How did it present itself? Was there intermediate contact? Or did you see on the voltage that there was some issues?

I was getting an unusual signal on the scope compared to other address lines, so I removed the CPU and checked all address and data lines for 5V. A16 was at 0V. Measuring the bus resistor gave the correct resistance at the resistor but not at the CPU sockets pin. Carrying out a visual inspection didn't find it as the solder joint looked fine. I resoldered the resistor and the Mega booted up just fine.
