No way, the MSTE isn't for sale!!

I picked some of these up the other day, as I'd heard that car plastic protective wipes are quite good for cleaning & brightening up old computer cases:


I tried them out this morning before work, and I am quite impressed by the results.

Obviously it works best on blacks and darker plastics, so I tried on my Toshiba HX-10 and QL, and I have to say they are looking great. It's difficult to capture in a photo, but up close and personal, they both look really nice and almost factory fresh!

It is indeed a naked Mega ST keyboard, I'm in the middle of repairing the case, but it did only cost me €30 inc postage from the Netherlands. It's a qwertz, but I can live with that.

As well as the delay line, the parts I need for some cassette leads have arrived, so I'll be able to crack on with those now😁
