To let the cat out the bag completely as I'm comfortable with people knowing now. I have stage three cancer and am starting chemotherapy tomorrow morning. So with this event being on a Sunday and me forever being the optimist, I should be okay to attend but it's quite likely I won't bring anything to show off this time. Famous last words and all that

So sorry to hear @PhilC , hopefully caught early enough and its just a bump in the road that is life, I always end up buying something from you at these events so maybe I will save some money this year and just buy you a beer and/or coffee!

I hate to put a negative spin on the post, but Sunday 29th September has now gone. :roll:

Ive asked what weekend days are available in September and will post here once known.

Just a few people giving feedback on the upcoming dates would be much appreciated, so I can get a (more or less universally accepted) date locked down.

Then we can kickstart this event (or not) once and for all.

Ok...

Sat 21st and Sun 22nd September are all thats available.

Are there any problems with either of those?

(Im thinking of going for the Saturday, unless we have any major hassles here).

Again, feedback is good.

Hopefully either day for me

Saturday's fine with me as it allows the Sunday to recuperate and put the stuff away.
