I recommend trying AmigaTestKit for testing systems able to boot.

Amigatestkit 1.5 reports 4,5 MB ram and runs the test just fine.

Dos it matter which Fat Agnus I'm using? I'm using a 8372A with a PAL/NTSC blanking tape on one leg now.

I installed WHDLoad now and Chuck Rock works now. :) Will test more later on. They should really clarify how to install WHDLoad. It's really simple once you figure it out, but it's not exactly explained well. Just copy C and S into the Workbench C and S folder.

Or you can just run the installer.

It wouldn't run no matter where I put it. Other software installs fine, but WHDLoad refuses to install using the installer.

Everything I have tried works now, including the games that didn't work from ADF.

I had to copy the content of this archive into the system folder for installs to work. It does now.

More familiar with the enviromnent now, and I've decided to do it all over again and install Classic Workbench Lite instead. It seems much better when I tried it in WinUAE. GEtting WB3.1 to do things smoothly requires a lot of things, but Classic seems ready to run once installed. I will only use this machine for running games and demos. It's not like an Amiga is going to be my workstation. :)
