I had been puzzling over something for a while.. In that I was constantly having to adjust the print height to a higher and higher value. Turns out as the cog turns it actually acknowledges the cartridge downwards making the nozzle closer to the PCB.. Which was why I was constantly having to set a higher height. So I added some spacers as marked in yellow to stop the cartridge from shifting position while it is printing..

The problem being that the more it printed the more it moved downwards and the less paste it of applied on later pads..
