I've got this issue that if I cut and paste text from a word document to notepad it turns the apostrophes into weird characters.

Annoyingly. A notepad document originally typed out in notepad prints perfectly.

Wanted to just print some amended lyrics on the LC-10c while the library's shut.

Instead ending up bogged down.


Anyone know have to sort this issue? (without typing everything out again)

Use notepad++ might help. Its better anyway.

It's every line were a word has an apostrophe.

Do you want me to just send the document?

It's probably using a Unicode character which only looks like an apostrophe.

oh, Yeah the apostrophe is not a proper one..


So in notepadd++ for example, highlight the apostrophe , Then go into the Search menu, then replace, the apostrophe you highlighted should be in the top box, and in the bottom box just put the normal apostrophe from your keyboard and click replace all.
