Im also interested in one of these for my STe... Incredible progress exxos...

need to get my STe CPU socketed as mine is currently Soldered. have to find a reliable place in the US to send the board off to to have it done so it will be ready for your board when its available.

While you could do that... SMT sockets are very fragile and can break easily... So I'd advise against that...
