Sat here looking at my C64 and I'm not convinced. These were specifically made (AFAIK) to mimic the originals.

I agree your keycaps will perfectly match with your OSI as they have a certain retro touch, but when I see this:

Seen from this perspective, the keycaps look really retro and are quite similar in shape to the C64 ones.

I have finally managed to suss out the resistors I'm missing for this build.

The BoM in the assembly instructions is oddly incomplete in places, but following through the instructions themselves reveals individual sections for resistors, diodes, capacitors etc which are very clear about which parts go where, and how many are required. I'm not sure why it didn't translate to the BoM, but hey ho.

So, the missing resistors are now on order, the diodes are all installed (Pretty sure one is being used as a crowbar), and the next step is to work through the capacitor section to see if there is anything missing. I think it's pretty much complete from a cap PoV, but it'll be nice to confirm 100%.

Once the caps are sorted, that just leaves the key switches to install, and I have those, then it'll be time to figure out any missing ICs, get them ordered and we should be in a position to power up :)
