I'm really pleased I took a chance on this machine, my first buy from Japan and I landed on a great seller. I'll have to look at what else he has :)

I'll need to line up an SD to HuCard adapter next, that should expand my horizons. It really is an impressive machine for sure.

@rubber_jonnie its the cost of them that makes ir prohibitive at the mo, maybe next year? or after I sell a few more computers.

I get that for sure. If you do decide to go for one, I would try Japan, prices are quite good.

Looking at the original controller that came with the Duo, it seems to have been 2 button, but with autofire switches for the 2 buttons, and when I took my controller apart for cleaning, it had the spaces for the switches and an extra IC, so in theory could be upgraded.

There seem to be a few other variations, like the 3 button with autofire too. Correct me if I'm wrong, but are the 6 button controllers generally 3rd party?
