final and summarized post:

Bad soldering joint on the IC sockets
ZuluSCSI-RP2040 is blocking the booting sequence after the RAM test when the SpeedyTT is in 48Mhz mode.

I'm afraid I don't understand you...

So does your Speedy work fine after all your fixes ?

What other expansions have you fitted in your TT ?

Do everything just work as it should without your SCSI interface ?

FYI that's most likely a software issue (zulu not working) I have TT, Speedy, both my IDE and SCSI work fine (I use a Bluescsi)
