More CPUs are on the way, so mainly waiting for them and the fpgas to arrive.

Just to give you guys a heads up, the actual cost price of the boards built will fluctuate a little depending on actual parts costs, so please pm me for latest prices when I have some more available next week.

Sorry, I missed your post originally. Any info you have would be good. I've designed a cpu relocator but need to order some and try them, etc.

As far as I know EmuTOS 192k doesn't support the 030 but Agranlund has made a boot rom with can be used to upload a compatible image into fastram, so hopefully this is one option.

I plan to upload some more photos etc today.

Yes, my first experiments were about copying tos to fastram and patching it so it worked from the new address.
(EmuTos wasn’t patched at runtime, instead it was just a custom build of it)

I did make a minimal 192kb boot rom from emutos so it could work without needing 256kb rom decoding. It doesn’t have a gui but it’s only used for launching the tos ram-loader in the auto folder anyway.
I imagine the downloads are still here, and may or may not come with some kind of instructions, and maybe sourcecode I can’t remember :)

To simplify, I pretty much abandoned this and focused on using the MMU to map any rom to fastram instead with the maprom program. Of course, this puts whatever is in the ROM into ram so you do want some kind of 256kb decoder.
Or, If your are happy with Tos 1.04 then Kaos Tos 1.04 will support the 030 and it did work with Maprom last time I checked, although it was some time ago..

One benefit of mapping tos to ram using the MMU is that it will still be able to use the blitter..
It’ll blit from ROM even though all code is running from Fastram (if using Blitfix.prg)
Copying and patching Tos will make it try to blit from fastram which doesnt work and will be turned into a software blit (if using Blitfix.prg, else you get a nice crash instead..)

Ok Thanks @DoG I've parts on order, so just waiting on them, longest delay will be the CPUs.

Also really happy about this @PhilC !
I've been super pleased with the 534 in my machine and I figure the more people who has these types of accelerators in the ST the higher the chance of people making software that takes advantage of them :)
