A last minute change which I forgot to mention i think... I've routed the 16mhz output from the shifter to a jumper pad next to the 16mhz osc... This is why I have optional next to the 16mhz osc in the BOM as it may not need it. I don't know how reliable it will be with the shifters 16mhz line, but if people report it works well then we could remove the osc on future boards and save on a part...
