I will when I get my IDE headers delivered tomorrow :)
Thanks!
Run the tests anyways.. I'd expect them to time out the same way. Note that i screwed up the silkscreen on the TF534 and nobody noticed until the batches of 50 were ordered so pin 1 is marked in the wrong corner.

Is this the correct one? It timeouts fast. 50 tries in two seconds.

Ok. Would expect Kick3.1 to boot eventually. It does take 20-30 seconds.

I think I waited quite a bit longer than that. I’ll try again tomorrow. Sleepy time now :(

Hmm... in that case run systest against the ram with Kick 1.3 then.. Kick 2 and up have more sophisticated Post On Self Tests.

Amiga Test Kit (SysTest) doesn’t detect any fastram when booting from KS 1.3. It only detects one memory region.
Diagrom is happy, though it’s a limiting operating system...
Edit: didn’t get my IDE headers today.

KS 1.3 CAN NOT ZORROIII, Please do not expect RAM on it.. Will speak with Stephen. Maybe he will release Zorroll firmware at some point

Yeah, I just hoped that systest might do some clever sh*t to be able to test it anyway :D
I’m kind of stuck. Will try to reflow with hot air nice I get my new soldering station.
Never. Give. Up.

If DiagROM sees RAM (after autoconfigure) then it is ok, Your problem is Amiga itself. Does KS 3.1/3.1.4 work with stock 68k CPU?

Gosh darnit. You and your intelligent questions. Didn’t get this error when checking the chipmem with the TF534 plugged in, but without it... I’ll try to hook up my (albeit recently bought and still untested) A500+.
