Is it even a proper QFP chip if it's not been soldered, desoldered and soldered again?

It's not the AB code causing it...

I disabled TTram and STOS loads fine in 206.

I could guess STOS doesn't like TTram...

BUT, why would STOS work fine in EMUTOS..

BUT2: STOS loads fine from floppy.

BUT3: STOS loads fine from Ultrasatan

EDIT:

So if I boot HD11 from floppy (not ultrasatan) STOS loads fine from IDE. So there must be some odd conflict going on between Ultrasatan and the IDE.. but as some drives are "missing" maybe because C: is there on both drives etc, something goes nuts.

BUT EMUTOS doesn't seem to care..

Reminds me when I tried freeminit a while ago, that went batshitcrazy. I suspected as I was booting from Ultrasatan and loading files from IDE.. Never looking into that more anyway.

So I guess do not use 2 hardrives at the same time else something goes nuts..

Resoldering done and successful. Flashed current4.jed and am now prepping a CF card for HDDriver installation (starting with a fresh install of everything).

Under Modded TOS 2.06
Current4.jed firmware
So far autoboot from ACSI (Ultrasatan with HDDriver) is a go. STDOTT runs. No IDE autoboot, BUT when autobooting from ACSI and the IDE drive is connected, the IDE is recognized and fully functional.

Spoke too soon. STDOTT does NOT boot under TOS 2.06. It was EmuTOS testing that worked.

I would only use ide as I've mentioned problems with both connected. I've only tried DOTT with EMUTOS. Not sure it even works in TOS .
