Nice rendering, but to me it seems very optimistic to be able to put a real floppy drive with the front facing the user without needing to extends the case to the rear.

And a few days ago that case was on the OLX - our local auction for 34 EUR

I am still on my project to an updated enclosure for my STE, including FDD on front, UltrSatan on front, fan, reset on front, gotek and/or second FDD on front, switch for color/mono monitor on front.


I just have my new printer kit ....

Reminds me I still need to upgrade my Giant Panda printer to the aluminium items.

That bed is very close to the edge of the case. Hopefully all fits and works well for you.

Amazing work so far! How has this been going?

One think I can think of that would really make this project shine is modularity, swap backplates to put in an STFM, STE, or a Falcon. Change floppy drive styles from big button, small button, PC 1.44 or Gotek. Enhanced joystick port covers.
