I've been quite busy (daily job and administrative formalities) and also sick since yesterday, so I couldn't spend much time on the A3000.
However, here's the last progress:

Have to buy some sockets, ceramic capacitors and other stuff in order to finish this tedious work.

You're getting there, fairly big project.
Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks.
I wanted to call in sick today, but there's too much work pending after a 2-week vacation...
:(

I work from home 4 days a week, so I'm lucky in that if I feel ill it's still not too awful as there is no commute to the office. Some days though you're just too ill.
Don't over-do it and feel better soon.

Almost there...
1.JPG
Still missing:
- 4 axial capacitors
- 4 ceramic capacitors (my bad, since I didn't order the right quantity) :(
- 8 RAM chips (I have to scavenge) for a total onboard memory of 4MB.
Hope to finish this project next week.

I wanted to get one of these PCBs but I couldn't find a reasonably priced donor. Something has happened to the price of A3000s in the UK and they have gone for sub £100 for a non-working but complete and in good cosmetic condition to over £300.
I think people have started to understand that the A3010 / A3020 cannot be upgraded because they have ARM250 where A3000 can have 33MHz ARM3

Completely agree with your last statement.

The A3010/A3020/A4000 are all quite crippled by design really.

And the A3000 allows 4 expansions with a simple trick...
