I got a reply, so less than an hour which I think is incredibly good.

So in that respect is not really a valid option for me and could end up being more expensive along with the hassle of dealing with two separate companies which I don't really want to do either :(All of our existing tariffs are 'data only' and do not include any telephone services. Migrating to any of our tariffs would set your existing telephone service to cease. If you wished to continue with such a service you would need to find a VoIP provider (a service we do not currently offer).
