Great work so far.
Are you going to do some light TUV type testing when you finish? (i.e. let the cat lay on it to see if it breaks? :lol: )

You may need some filler in the crack if you want it to be an invisible mend.
I have some filler to hand, but that was before sanding and it's nearly gone now 😁

OK, primered and reassembled, I actually quite like the look of it:

Leaving it as is for now to free up some workbench space, but considering the correct RAL code paint at a later date 😁
