If you connected the probe to the scope calibrator which is usually a 1k square wave with a fast rise time and adjusted the variable cap in the probe for a square corner on the square wave you did the probe compensation. Important if your looking at overshoot and undershoot on a pulse or square wave. :)

Fixes/tweaks/upgrades done on my Mega:
I have IMP chip on both DMA and Shifter. Pullup fix on DMA. I have upgraded to 4Mb and they are 60ns. I have changed resistor arrays on databus (4.7k) and adressbus (3.3k). Running with a MeanWell RT-65B PSU. Using my newly made TOS256k decoder board and ROM adapter boards to run EmuTOS 0.9.12. ROMs are AT29C010A 90ns. Blitter is removed and deactivated.

Hey DoG does your mouse work correctly and does your ASCI port work? I have pull-ups of 2.2k on address and data busses and Exxos V7 floppy upgrade that has the 10k pullups on the DMA buss. , I am also running stock 4Meg ram. The mouse sticks in the lower right hand corner of the screen, but with the Vofa card installed it works normally. The DMA port is still not working.

Mouse works, not tested ACSI port with HDD yet.

Happy to say I've had a good bit of sucess this evening.

I was using the excos r1.1 ide board as the rom and decoder board. I removed this and fitted exxos's rom decoder board with a socket soldered on top and a copy of tos2.06.

The TF536 now gets to desktop and the mouse works etc but bombs after about a minute. Next up is to try it with EmuTOS and different cpus just in case.

So far it looks like tbis Mega needs 100pf between CLK and GND and an extra 1k pullup on CLK as well.

Ditch the Mega for a H4, problem solved ;)

Looks like you have the buffer board in there, have you tried the 8 MHz output clock from that instead ?

@exxos no I haven't, what's the easiest way to connect that? I've only ever used the 16mhz out from it

Should be 8Mhz out on one of the CN pins.
