Possibly either. But seems to be isolated to the built board.
I’m concerned If these F7xx are this fragile they aren’t fit to be used in anger.
EDIT: not PSU as I’ve powered it all up with a monster accurate power supply and still get the same response.

I've not been well enough to look at the board for the last 4-5 days and i've had to catch up at work.
I've posted you a board. there are three resistors you need to solder on before you put the DB23 on. i'll give you details later.

What would be high level goals for stm32 except HID. Flashfloppy port?

wireless 2 x Joypad and a keyboard mouse combo. Thats all i really want.

... weird I had those set up like this by default.
