Ah i think i realized what might be happening... I've got a 6ns RAM CPLD..
EDIT: try this
tf1260r1_2020_01_26_alpha.zip
the 6ns suffix is for 6ns CPLDs. Otherwise use the standard one.

I was racking my brains last night and was just about to mention again that I had put two 10 ns cplds on my build and also I have 1k resistor arrys on all my pads except the 10k one by the multiplier, but I scanned your Stream again and noticed you have some 220 ohm ones on yours will that matter Steve ?
I will try the jeds when I get up from my bed lol

Yeah the data bus ones absolutely have to be 220 or 0 ohm. 1k is too high. That’s the 8 in a fan around the RAM.
Also the resistor inside the TF logo needs to be 220z

ok cheers. I have now took the 10ns ram cpld off and put a 6ns like yours on, so we are on the same song sheet, will now swap out those 1k resistor arrays

I’m going to flip the 8 of those to the bottom so they can be auto assembled.

Great work guys. Glad to hear it was not A1200 motherboard revision related.
Can you please remind me of the main Rev 1 goal, was it mainly to increase past 66/75Mhz reliably?
On aside I was singing all your praises at the SWAG Workbench 2020 AMIGA meet. AmigaKIT said they will be releasing an 8mb A1200 RAM expansion for £60 soon, its good to hear that there are some sellers who are seeing the light and offering reasonably priced kit.

Todays iteration of the firmware
I identified a glitch that will prevent operation (causes a bus lock) at ~80 MHZ. Its by not means fixed everything but wanted to push todays changes out for testing.

Will try this first thing in the morning Steve
What glitch were you getting ? as I set CPUSPEED to 80mhz and I ran Quake on loop with no problems
