I'm looking for my bread board for the circuit test. If works I will see about finding someone who can do a pcb layout of the circuit

Annoyingly the list of caps I'd got online wasn't quite correct, so off to order some correct ones. In addition, the two RIFA capacitors at the bottom of the analog board had also failed and I couldn't see that until I got the board out.
Better go order those bits!
Please consider uploading an accurate list of all of the capacitors. Your hard knocks learning will ease the path for others.

@Bama The list of analog board capacitors for my particular Mac Classic as follows:
2200uF 16v
1000uF 16v
1000uF 10v
47uF 25v x2
2200uF 10v x2
470uF 50v
RIFA PME 290 MB or equivalent. I believe the value is 10nF, but check your values.
In addition I replaced 7x 47uF 16v and 1x 1uF 16v capacitors on the logic board with tantalums.
Again, check your own board first for values and quantities.

Not content with having a Mac Classic and Amstrad ALT386, I ordered a recap kit for my A1200 yesterday.
At least it doesn't have a battery to worry about, but after all the chaos caused by caps in both of the other machines, it's time! It'll also give me an opportunity to see what's wrong with a couple of the keys too.
For once I don't have a broken ST to fix, though by saying that I will probably cause one of them to fail (Probably the Mega 4!!), though it is time to check my H4 BoM to see what parts I need to order and crack on with building it.
At least I have some autumn/winter projects :)

Another project ordered. I really shouldn't begiven free time and access to a laptop.
Greaseweasel F7 Lightning on the way.
And I need to build one of those RPi MT32 emulators too!!

@rubber_jonnie as I recall you were going to build the netusbee board you had. Any progress on that front. Now that I have found renewed faith in the device it may be easier to build the board I have than ordering another.

Damn, forgot about that, must pull it out of the drawer and get on that too!
