:) - Was going to do a little guide for fitting that mod. Another task to add to my project list.

I can imagine an IKEA style fitting guide made out of labels.

There is info here that should get you started. From what I remember I took off all the rest circuit components from the board and just left in the DIL. Then I put in DIL pins on the small reset circuit and the 10K on top. Ran two wires from the circuit crossed over into the DIL socket.

Not the best of pics but shows how I built the circuit. Basically with the wires and DIL pins that's 4 pins on the right hand of the first pic that go in the left hand side of the DIL on the reset board.

I need to print out the next revision yet.. you can have that one if your wanting something to print ;)
Why not, send it over :)
Well, oddly there was another failure to print with the new version, about an hour in, but this time I have logs, and the old laptop I'm using as a print server lost communications with the printer, something that never happened with the previous laptop, so I'm going to revert to the previous machine and see if it prints ok, which I'm fairly confident it will.
Worst case scenario is that I print from SD, but I don't think that will be an issue, as I've had 2 similar failures with the replacement laptop. Shame, as it's much smaller on my print area, but if it doesn't work, it's out!

We probably have the "G" version . 1.6seconds, so that explains that I guess :)

So I can see it resetting as its slow which is good.. it resets, but coming out of reset, I am sometimes getting a white border with black screen.. So something else is amiss somewhere...
EDIT:
I gave the MB a hard calibration, and now only getting this... so must be bad connection somewhere...

EDIT2:
Now I have a crash screen generator
