Grrr... I'm having no end of problems with my TF536 and its connection to the socket.
Looking at the turned pin pins they've all tarnished and the only way I can get it off is by scraping with a screwdriver. Nothing else will touch the oxidised brass. Still not getting a good connection in the dual wipe socket though. I changed the socket due to the connection issues.
I may try tinning the pins to see if this helps.

That's similar to the issue I had with my A500, and I ended up fitting a turned pin socket for the CPU/IDE upgrade.

Those turned pins are a nuisance. I solder them in fixed these days after I've decided it's something I'll keep.

Couldn't find my 8 channel logic analyser, so off to Amazon to get another for £16.

They aren't my favourite for sure, but I was having worse luck with the the double wipe. I'd rather not use turned pin for anything, but there you go.

Oh, the TT high res to VGA adapter I got built by PCBWay is in the delivery depot today... Maybe that will arrive.
I got one built up but I'll have four spare bare PCBs if anyone wants one.

Actually it is... as at 15:34 I got an e-mail "out for delivery" and another at the very same time "delivered". When I try to get the delivery information it says permission denied as my postcode isn't valid for the parcel, which is was this morning.
Note: It's not been delivered as far as I can tell.
P.S. Burrowing down, the out for delivery was:
10 Mar 25 9:50 AM - Shipment is out with courier for delivery - OXFORD,UNITED KINGDOM
And delivery:
10 Mar 25 10:57 AM - Delivered - OXFORD,UNITED KINGDOM
I was in the house at that time and no-one called.
This is DHL, who are usually good.
Bother! It's delivered to my old work!!!! I removed that address from PCBWay, what the heck?!

Oh No!!!
I ordered something last year and forgot my old address was the default, luckily I managed to get it redirected, but it was a close call. Now I check every order I make, but easy to do.
My wife ordered some stuff from Temu and I have no idea why, but it sent it to house no 2, which is the showhouse! We're 64 and have no idea why it picked the wrong address because the postcode for No 2 is not the same as for us.
