Told them "no thanks".
Thats pretty bad customer service :(

JLC have done good prints so far for me. But not used FDM printing.

JLC printed these in metal, very impressive !

I should have ordered the print in resin. I just didn't think FDM would end up as badly as it did.

I'm cautiously optimistic.

After telling PCBWay "no" twice for $33 and $40 of store credit and that I'm only interested in a replacement print, resin if that is what they recommend for better print quality they just asked me to place an order that they will cover.

We'll see....I am cautiously optimistic.

Hey @coonsgm, I missed you were reordering at the time. How'd it go?

PCBWay offered some credit but with tariff costs, the cost to manufacture, previous poor experience, the cost was still more than buying a tested working full Atari ST.

I wasn't interested in throwing good $$'s after bad "hoping for a better outcome".

While I try to look on the positive side of things, this transaction would have required me taking too much "hope-ium" for even me.

Ah, that's more than shabby. You shouldn't be out of pocket at all after that terrible excuse of a print.
