Did I imagine it or did Chris re-design this WITH an IDE.. I could swear I have seen a new PCB design.. or was it all a dream? :lol:

Thanks Chris. Old age and poor eyesight... I think this design is the booster for me then if it gets to production ;)

Likely it will get updated before production.. I am working on the
SEC CPU on the STFM currently.. So likely if that all works out, will do the same on the STE booster.

I've not played with my ST in a while, and it seems I've missed a lot of interesting stuff. (Like the plug and play V1.5 version)

Nope.
I'm only developing the SEC booster now...

I am not really doing STFM upgrades as such, its more a prototype for the STF remake boards than a STFM upgrade.. But likely can be used on both machines if I add a DIP CPU socket on the STF as a CPU upgrade port.
STE stuff, and indeed falcon and may other upgrades are considered abandoned now.
