I guess TOS was trying to boot as I had the white border and some artifacts. I used exxos diagnostic cartridge on terminal it was giving EA address bus error. Didn't have the chance to investigate anything since after letting the system on for some time, video dac went up in smoke!
After that black screen in both monitor and putty.
I cannot remember where I got the shifter I used and that make me think maybe thats the one to blame.

@trecool that's a shame, if you were in the UK I'd have had a look at it for you.

Thanks for the thought! The plan is to use another shifter and see if I still get address bus error but there is a shifter shortage around these days!
