Yes no boot Steve, but I am able to see and program both CPLD`s :)
also I do not have the 0603 10nf cap next to the Muliplier IC so I put a 100nf just to test.
Also you have done the form factor great as now she slips into the A1200 like a glove

If you have a 20Mhz crystal handy could you try it instead of the 25Mhz? 25Mhz is just on the edge of the spec for the multiplier on channel 2

yeah... i dont yet understand why the multiplier isnt working on channel 2 but it seems its not :(

Ok hack done, when I power on now I get the Coloured bars like we normaly get on pre boot, but then it goes to a solid Orange screen( I think that`s the colour lol ) then the power LED pulses on and off rapid, then it just keeps doing this same sequence and and on

V strange... boots here.
EDIT: boots on both the rev 2 and the rev 1D4 motherboards fine.

Yes the only diff is that you have a 20mhz crystal and a 10nf cap , but I have ordered a 20mhz crystal just to check if it is that
I have not put a cap on the `Therm` pads and I have not populated the fan circuit , will that make any difference bud ?

No i have a 25mhz crystal. That cap wont make any difference at this speed. Its meant for the fast edges at 200Mhz.
