You can't beat a good croc clip :D

Power applied!!.. no joy. Board draws 1.05 amps and most things appear to be working. The big gotha is the halt line which is low. I don't have a monitor connected since I ordered the un-fu*k converter.. boards, not shipping until the 15th. I have the diagnostics cart and serial connected. Couple of garbage characters on power up. Encouraging that lots of stuff appear to be running or in the right state so I'm off to chase the halt signal. I may need to shit rig a video cable. :cheer: :cheer:

Sounding promising so far. I'd check the MMu and Glue and Rom chips and sockets for good contact for starters.

Oh and check you have good clock signals on the shifter, CPU, etc.

Most of the time I had the CPU halted it was because of a loose connection on the GLUE.

All clocks look good... when I run TOS rom it halts quickly .. with the diag cart in it runs for ~sec.. going to check memory and acias..

Clearly we have a good little team of people who are good at soldering and building stuff up :)

Guess I'm going to need to sh*t rig a video cable since the un-fu*kit boards will not show up for a couple weeks. Really helps when one uses good chips. :yay2: :yay2: :yay2: :yay2: :yay2: :yay2: :yay2: :yay2:
