In which case could I please cancel my order.

The listing explicitly started that there had been nine available and four sold already. If they had not been previously tested and verified working then they should not have been listed as in stock and available and te listing withdrawn.
He needs to get the message. Unfortunately he's the only licensed seller of ZuluSCSI in the UK.
Completely agree with that, just not good enough.

Tested the graphite paint on one of the 0.3L boxes and it should work a treat, though I'll need calmer weather to do all the boxes. It should also be very good for re-doing the rubber keypads which have lost their conductivity.

In preparation for the arrival of the PCBs on Friday I've got all the components in the box I tested the graphite paint on. So, that's three 74LS373s, two 74LS245s, a 16V8 GAL, sockets, decoupling caps and the surface mount SRAM chip.

Oh, the PCBs are out for delivery a day early!

Well, after a couple of reflows of the SRAM the board works.

I've no way of actually doing a proper RAM test unfortunately, unless maybe I fit into the F1 and run my HIMEM test program. I did try running is on the Xi but it immediately caused the screen to go wonky and crash the system. The memory map is probably quite different.

Otherwise I can run the MIMICPC PC emulator and that seems to work and that requires memory above 640K to be working for its operation.

I was off work with stomach problems today but used it productively this afternoon after feeling a bit better.

I sprayed conductive carbon paint onto the insides of 24 of the 0.3L "Really Useful Boxes" and started moving chips into the storage.

It turns out that 24 isn't sufficient to even start on the variety of 74xxxx chips. I have three variants of the 244 alone.

Another 16 could do it, and maybe be enough for the CDxxxx chips too, *maybe*.

I may get another two "units" of 16 and put them on the left side.

Oh, and the label machine ran out of tape after only three labels.
