I might have one kicking around here. Came off a board with a dead Combel (Videl was swapped first, not the issue) so the chip has a good chance of being ok. Not guaranteed though.

Given how easily lifted those pads are it might be overall better to get a 100% guaranteed good chip so it only has to be soldered one time. I'll see if I can find it anyway...

Yeah better to go with a new chip and not take any risks.

On the dead falcon, excuse the background colour, the terminal didn't reset it seems.

So pretty impressive , the machine has zero ram and no videl and still can run a whole bunch of tests !

Oh cool. I tried to get Diagrom Falcon working a couple of times back when Stephen did his first attempt at a port, but I didn't actually need it at the time and so it fell by the wayside.

Will be grand if you can push the changes up to his repo.

Yeah, i'll stick it all on my github when its all tested. Most of it was either "broken" or Amiga stuff. So it's had a huge rewrite so far.

Getting buffer underruns on tracker CPU playback at the moment, so adding a realtime down sampling playback.. also adding a DSP mixing option to take the load off the CPU as well. Must have "blown" £100 on ROM's so far

It should work on the STE as well.. but that will have to wait. My room currently looks like a Falcon factory has exploded without adding STE into the mix !
