I've just tried Alien Breed WHD seems to work fine no GFX issues but I'll look more once I close up the case just installed the KS for 3.2.3
A4kD
TF4060 (FW 4252a06)
3.2.3 (4.115) Kickstart
3.2.3 Workbench
Lastest MMUlibs 68060.lib from aminet
ZZ9000 with FW 1.3 256 RAM version
Using TF4060 IDE mSATA card and adapter
WHDload is 19.1.6907
Alien Breed Slave is v1.3 (28-feb-06)
Not sure if the slave is newest was going to use the WHDLoadTool and check
Edit: most current is 2.3a (25.07.2018)
Edit2: updated the install appears to add support for cheats (lives ammo etc and configuring gamepad support etc)

Can you try Alien Breed SE without the ZZ9000 installed? I would expect using a graphics card changes things a bit. I'll see if I can try my setup with Amiga OS 3.2 later to see if that makes any difference.
I haven't updated the MMUlibs past what's included in the TF CD32_060 image, but I'll try that as well.

The ZZ9000 is a passive scandoubler unless it's actively being used

FWIW, the glitches don’t show up immediately. You have to walk around for a few minutes. The glitches slowly, progressively get worse.
How can I provide more information on my setup that could help with comparing my software environment to yours? Is there a command that lists all the loaded libraries with their version numbers?

OK i got this to happen. It seems to happen when there are aliens on screen. I will try this with a different 060 card but this feels like caches not getting flushed the way it manifests itself so predictably.

Wonder if someone could try this on a TF1260. I dont have a setup right now.

Try adding the NoCache tooltip to the WHDLoad Slave. that seems to fix the issues for me. I will do a bit more testing though. Just looks like the game isnt written with big caches in mind.

Through a little bit of testing i can see that its the instruction cache thats the issue. Specifically the TF cards allow instructions to be cached from chip ram and it seems this game doesnt like having instruction caches on. Perhaps some naughty SMC code in here somewhere.
A more minimal ChipNoCache also fixes the issue.
