Removed the nut lugs.. Also made the thickness of the whole thing 5 mm less... There is no use really overhanging the syringe barrel, it only needs to support sides and the back really. I had it before because the base of the syringe be under a lot of pressure so I did not want to risk breaking.. But thinking about it, the bulk of the pressure should be on the top side of syringe anyway.. The bottom of the syringe should be more just or alignment as opposed to strength.

I am a bit stuck now, as I cannot do the mounting holes until my CNC framework arrives along with the motors etc :(

ahhh, It looks like the print got incredibly thin towards the top as it is almost transparent looking at it now...

:chairsmack: Annoying thing is it was all really nice and neat routed then I realised the chips orientated how I had them, would not fit in the ST :roll: So had to swap things around which made the routing a lot harder work :roll:

If you use those smaller BQ buffer packages we were discussing the other day you could stager the DIPs and make it slimmer similar to the H4 buffer board.
