Yes but on the wrong side of the country. Happy to do e.g. a return express post satchel if you can't find anyone closer.

There's the Raspberry Pi flashing option too if you haven't seen it.

You can make up a cable easily enough and use a pi zero w to do it all wirelessly with putty from a computer in seconds.
There is also a sd card image here on the forums you can use to simplify it all.

A pi zero will cost less than postage across Australia

@matt020 you can get a Pi Zero from Core Electronics around about $10 plus 3$ shipping (non W version) based in Sydney I think, if you want to have a crack at programming the card yourself. There maybe even cheaper suppliers.

I also have a Xilinx programmer and could do the update if needs be, but the postage across the country and back as @terriblefire suggested would be probably be a lot more than the pi. :)
