That's a nice little gadget.
Yeah it's pretty neat :) I found out that there is a little button underneath too that switches a couple of display items and can let you turn off the display completely.
Nicely made too, good plastics, feels and looks nice.

What happened to the front of your MegaST? Previous owner?

That club must be getting pretty big now.
I expect it eclipses the Cyber Legends show completely!
It will be car boot season soon. You will have to let me know if you want me to keep an eye out for any...ahem...'new' members for the above club. ;)

Yep, it came to me like that, and also missing a floppy drive, so I dropped a Gotek in with a 3d printed front panel, which also hosts my TOS 2.06/Emutos selector switch. It has an exxos IDE interface installed too and a CF adapter.
I'll probably paint the Gotek mount and it'll make the front look less like it has a gaping black hole in it. Still debating painting the keyboard to a closer march to original too.

Yeah, there's quite a few members, should try and do a count up. Pretty sure I had to fix all of the 3 Megas I have, which includes this one.
As for new members, still thinking about 'What next', but I have at least 2 H4s to build still, plus the Ohio Scientific too. I am also considering a Mac Classic remake board to see if I can put together a 'new' Mac Classic from the 2 spare mainboards I have from fixing up this one.

Do you have a 3D printer? Perhaps you could print a new front that plugs into the hole? Brings it flush with the front? It would be fun to try.

Was that a 3D print? I have vague memories of you fixing something Atari but I thought that was done with filler, sanding etc.?
I dropped my Acorn A5000 keyboard a few weeks ago. Only 0.5m or less. The plastic had hardened so much it was like glass.

It is something I was considering, but haven't got the 3d printer all setup since the house move...

You may be thinking of the keyboard on that Mega. I got it for just €30, but the case was in a thousand pieces. I managed to glue it all back together, no 3d printing involved. However because of all the repairs, I had to paint it, which is why it is a darker grey than the Mega itself.
Thos A5000 keyboards are mad expensive, you must be crying having dropped it.

Managed to pick this 19" TV/DVS combo up for the princely sum of £10 :)

Will pick it up from the seller tonight.
It's almost identical to my other Technica TV/DVD combo and has a good array of inputs:

They're a very handy little TV.
