CKBD is fitted and it works perfectly.

Here is what I can confirm:

Any decent quality mouse that I have seems to work just fine.

Mouses:
Logitech G203 - Works
MSI Gaming mouse - Works
Any Microsoft mouse I can find - They all work

Keyboards:
No name brand from AliExpress works (It is sold as an industrial keyboard and actually works in PS2 mode)

Strangely the Dell Keyboard I have doesn't, but Dell hardware is hit and miss. It either works perfectly for anything or is completely Windows locked.
The really cheap Woolworths mouse won't enumerate either but no love lost there.

The test isn't definitive. My USB2.0 breakout didn't arrive before the weekend, so I had to make my own, and it ain't pretty!

Even keyed it using a broken pin so that my drunk arse doesn't put the connector on backwards

I'm almost ready to call this thing working and post some pics of the finished computer :)

I have one last thing to fix. I can't get any more than 1024x768x8 on my 2Mb Mach32. Am I doing something wrong software side?

This is what it looks like when I try to get 1024x768x16:

Does anyone know if there is a way that I can see how much video ram the driver is detecting?

Any help would be much appreciated. This is my first time using Nova.

@sety have you tried adjusting the nova resultions to suit your monitor? To get more than 800x600x8 on mine I had to adjust them. Make sure you use the correct program in the nova/Mach32 related directory

I can't figure it out. It is good enough for now. I will find some more ISA cards to work out what is going on. :)

@agranlund Anders thank you so much for sharing your awesome design! This has been such a fun build and it is great to know that home computer builds at the component level can still be a thing in 2025!
