Dave Hitchins over at stardot has some PCBs for Budgies ULA replacement so if I can't get one anywhere else, I might have to tap him up for one. They may also be on Github as open source so I could get some made over at PCB way.

I wish there were a "fingers crossed" emoji in the list. :-)

Got to say my new BT setup is really good. I have WiFi from the router, and 2 discs that extend my WiFi throughout the house, not to mention give me ethernet ports as well.

Ok, so getting the necessary FPGA for the ULA replacement is still proving impossible, so I bought another Electron on eBay yesterday, a bit of a beater, but only £44 including postage.

Since it's a bit of a beater, I'll use it to revive my other Electron as it is in really quite nice order cosmetically, and also then have some spares available for the future.

Fingers crossed one day I'll be able to build the ULA replacement, but for now if a deadbeat machine can bring this one back to life, then this is the way.

I know right, it's been so long, but I saw it looking unhappy in my under desk storage area the other day and decided it was time :)

Still can't believe that ULA was dead :D
