I will bump thread as a reminder..
I still need to find time to test them and 3D prints some sort of package for them yet but I will try and do it over the next few weeks.

Still need to find time to test them but I hopefully will find some time very soon..
I need to figure out how much I paid for them because it wasn't cheap, but the price I think I'd estimated it before as was about £350 a pop.
I think I have several of them and they will go into the store in due time but I will likely open up preorders when I have a definite price.
It's very unlikely I will be buying any more of these chips or looking for them because they are so incredibly expensive now it is insane !

Will leave each one running GB6 with NVDI running in TTram for about half hour a pop. Without a heatsink and running 95 Mhz that's all I dare :)

Looks good to me @exxos, getting them to boot to 95 is the hard bit, so that one looks like it should be fine.
How many did you get?

One thing I couldn't be bothered to diagnose for literally years, is when first powering up the machine, NVDI crashes. but reset and it all runs fine after.. I assume the overclocking is simply a bit too high.. But why this only shows up on boot I have no idea.
But there was something that
@dml mentioned a while ago that the FPU can fail on them when overclocked. I'm not sure where that research ended up. What it seems suggestive that rev6 might not be as good as people think as the FPU can malfunction a lot sooner during overclocks.. But I honestly cannot remember the conversation now... Or of any further diagnostics was done..

Looks like I got 15 :shock: :shock: no wonder I'm bloody broke all the time!! :lol: :roll: but I will keep a couple back for my own personal use, one as a spare, and one for a future Raven board which could be some time way in the future :)
EDIT:
NVDI seems to only fail when TOS TTram test is allowed to run :shrug: I assume the TTram stress during the test is what "kills it". But would need more testing and deserves its own thread anyway.

It ended up with my (and others) confirmation that overclocking them to >86 MHz leads to that error.
