Oh that's great, they will go well with the XL, just check the drive belt on it when you get them as they go hard and snap.

I'll most likely dive in and do a full refurb, but cheers for the heads-up :)
Knocked up one of those A8 pico carts, definitely the cheapest way of getting games into the Atari but lacks the nostalgia of a disk or tape!

I know what you mean and have floppy drives for every computer I own that had one back in the day.
Not sure I miss the loading times though

I'd be interested in the Golden Image external disk drive if available - and if no-one else comes forward for it, then also the 520 STFM (I can't see it get thrown away, but very happy for it to find a home elsewhere, so I'll stand as last in line).
I visit the Manchester/Altrincham area every month or so, so I'm sure we could arrange something if I do end up rehoming anything.
I'll fight the temptation for the other 8 bit Atari stuff - I'm trying to declutter a bit (honest!) so starting a whole new collection would be a very bad idea, no matter how much I'd like things...just don't try to make any logical connection between that statement and asking for the ST bits (there isn't one...)

Hi, re the Discovery Cartridge - I'll take it rather than see it skipped but again, happy for any other interested party to take it in preference to me.
I'll check for any planned dates and try to PM you over the weekend.
