You remove the SIL's on the motherboard and solder this board on, which gives you an internal 50 pin header. This is how I have my BlueSCSI internally. I don't know if he has any boards physically available, but he might send you the PCB information for getting it made yourself. Another person who might have the files is Tuxie from the thunderstorm team.
That's a tempting option, but a dongle would be my preference, I think.
