Thanks for this! Will see if or when I get to this point - may even get myself oscilloscope - you never know :)
For now I straighten the legs, fitted this PCB again, checked the GND on 6502 if it is connected properly and waiting for PSU and SIO cable.
You may find it's fine, but I had to do the setup procedure because of this:
Not a fun day and I had to source and install another 2793.

If this one won't work I may try to get one in working order and use it as a sounding board for fixing the other one...

Because at it's heart it's actually a small computer, if you have the schematics, then you can treat it as such and follow the logic.
