Iteration 2 tested and working on a 1B board, 3.2.2 ROMs with ehide.device built in. Booting fine from both ehIDE and standard IDE.

Will give 3.2.1 ROMs a go a little later.

Edit: Booting fine on 3.2.1 with built-in ehide.device, again from both standard IDE and ehIDE port on the TF1260.

To clarify, yes, it boots with internal IDE disconnected on 3.2.1 ROMs. My test involved physically moving the same CF-IDE device between the two ports.

No, same behavior with iteration 2. When both IDE's are disconnected it's stuck with black screen and doesn't boot from floppy.

Same here with iT2, OS 3.2.1 not booting on TF1260 IDE, but does boot on A1200 IDE

Boots with OS 3.2 with a SD card but not wih my CF card , but I suppose that is just because it is a cheapo chinese CF card

And confirm this was a different behaviour on the xmas 2021 alpha firmware?

Can confirm all working on the Xmas 2021 alpha firmware,

but not working on the Iteration 2 firmware, I.E OS3.2.1 works on A1200 IDE but not on the TF1260 IDE

need others to confirm same behaviour

I tried internal IDE *or* ehIDE, internal IDE *and* ehIDE (booting from one then the other with the opposing device still connected), but I don’t recall trying neither/*nor*… This was both on 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 ROMs on a 1B board. I have a 1D.4 I can try also, if that makes a difference.
