Who did you buy the card from? Check the serial numbers, the one starting with 1xxx are built by Chucky, the ones starting with 2xxx by me and 3xxx by supaduper. The reason I am asking is that it is your builder's responsibility to give you support, info/updates etc. Then you have the 3rd party ones but they should still give you support.
i bought card in amigastore.eu, 2118 is only number written with a marker on bottom sidealenppc wrote: 28 Dec 2022 20:41Who did you buy the card from? If someone is not obliging by this, let us know who it is ;)
EDITED: this turned out to be one of my cards, so I will be providing support for it.lioneer wrote: 28 Dec 2022 21:34i bought card in amigastore.eu, 2118 is only number written with a marker on bottom sidealenppc wrote: 28 Dec 2022 20:41

According to their page everything looks above board - 3 year warranty https://amigastore.eu/en/873-terrible-f ... b-ide.htmlalenppc wrote: 28 Dec 2022 22:11 Oh wow. This is either my card they resold or they are using the same serial numbers as me, either way it seems very concerning to me, other than the fact that as per usual they offer no support whatsoever. :( Terrible service either way. I really don't understand why people keep buying stuff there.
Unfortunately what's missing here is information about firmware versions, instructions regarding update procedures, cpuspeed versions and usage, etc. When you buy this board you should already have all of this info and not have to go hunting around for it.dalek wrote: 28 Dec 2022 23:09According to their page everything looks above board - 3 year warranty https://amigastore.eu/en/873-terrible-f ... b-ide.htmlalenppc wrote: 28 Dec 2022 22:11 Oh wow. OP just needs to talk to them instead of asking for help here.
