It does actually clear the floppy peg, though it is a snug fit:

I think with a short enough set of header pins, it would fit below, though again, it would be pretty snug.

On future boards I will move the header towards the edge of the board.. Though not sure if another batch will be done or not yet, got 200pcbs made last time so may never all sell.

Future boards will come with a footprint for adding an optional ATTiny as well, right? :)
